Delivering internationally
・If you would like to transfer your order to overseas, please use international forwarding service called “TENSO JAPAN”.
・Irene Shop is only supporting domestic delivery for all order.
-We are only responsible for domestic shipments to TENSO JAPAN center.
- Please contact TENSO JAPAN for any issues after international shipments.

【Delivering internationally】
・We do not accept orders over the phone.
・You can NOT specify the delivery time.
・We ONLY accept credit card payments(クレジットカード支払い).
-If you order by any other payments (bank transfer(銀行振込), Japan Post transfer(ゆうちょ振込), etc.), All your order will be automatically cancelled.
-We are NOT able to cancel your order after your payments are authorized.

・TENSO JAPAN is an international forwarding service and it is completely independent company from us.
・Registration is required to use TENSO JAPAN.
・Please contact " TENSO JAPAN " for more information about overseas shipping and how to use this service.
【Delivery Fee】
・All delivery fee is paid by the customer.
・If you order over 6,500JPY, it is free to deliver between TENSO JAPAN center and us.

・海外転送サービス「転送JAPAN」は弊社とは別会社となります。
・海外配送や、ご利用方法の詳細に関しては「転送JAPAN」にお問い合わせください。
・転送JAPANをご利用になる際は必ず「ご登録」が必要です。
【転送JAPAN倉庫までの配送について】
・配送料はお客様のご負担となります。
・お買上商品の合計金額6,500円以上で日本国内の「転送JAPAN」までの送料は無料になります。
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
・We will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customers' personal preferences.
・代金お支払い後のキャンセルはお受けいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
・お客様都合での返品・交換はできません。
Ordering Step
Step 1: Register TENSO JAPAN and Get your forwarding address and phone number.
Step 2: Order your items on Irene Shop.
Step 3: Go to shopping cart to purchase.
Step 4: Fill the form completely including with your forwarding address and phone number.
-If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, you will need to pay for the return shipping. -If you want to the package re-sent, you will need to pay for a transport fee again.
Step 5:Select Credit Card(クレジットカード) for your payment.
-If you select any other payment (cash on delivery, bank transfer, Japan Post transfer, etc.), your order will be automatically cancelled in a few days.
-We accept the following five types of credit cards.
(VISA / Master / DINERS / AMEX / JCB).
-One-time payment only.
Step 6: After our sending your package, you got a massage from TENSO JAPAN.
-Please follow the guide from TENSO JAPAN and complete your payment for the forwarding service.
Step 8: TENSO JAPAN ships your package to your home!
Step1:「転送JAPAN」で日本の送り先の住所を取得する。
Step2:アイリンショップで商品を購入する。
Step3:アイリンショップでレジに進む。
Step4:あなたの情報と「転送JAPAN」で取得した日本の住所と電話番号を入力する
・住所不備などで荷物が返送になった場合、返送の送料のご負担が必要です。
・荷物返送後の再配達の場合、再度送料のご負担が必要です。
Step5:クレジットカードで支払いをする。
・「クレジットカード」支払いのみご利用いただけます。
※万が一その他のお支払い（銀行振込、ゆうちょ振込など）でご注文された場合は、自動的にご注文がキャンセルされます。
・クレジットカードをご利用ください。
・ご利用できるクレジットカードは以下の5種類です。
(VISA／Master／DINERS／AMEX／JCB)
・お支払方法は一括払いのみとなります。
Step6:「アイリンショップ」から「転送JAPAN」へ商品を発送。
Step7:「転送JAPAN」からお客様から料金の請求。
Step8:「転送JAPAN」からお客様の住所へ発送。
Membership of Irene Shop
・Registration of the membership is free.
・You will receive the 1% points of the full price of the products in your order.
・You can use 1 point for 1 JPY.
・You will receive the points after we send your package.
-If you cancelled your order, the points will be lost automatically.
・会員登録は無料でご登録いただけます。
・会員登録をされますと、ポイントを取得することができます。
・ポイントは商品の全額のうち1％が付与されます。
・1ポイント1円でご利用いただけます。
・ポイントは商品発送後に付与されます。
・会員登録時ならびにご注文確定時、ご入金確認時、配送完了時には確認メールを自動送信しております。
Wrapping
・We do not offer gift wrapping.
・ギフトラッピングは承っておりません。
